Please remember that special order gowns will take about 3 months to order and be shipped to you! Plan accordingly! If the dress you choose is in stock, we can ship immediately, otherwise the winner will receive their gown on or about November 2010.
If you do not feel comfortable entering online we do have an option for you to mail in your entry. Type or hand print your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address and age, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper or note card, and place in the U.S. mail with proper postage addressed to:
